My introduction to trading wasn’t a great one. I joined another trading company and paid $2,500 CAD to register, plus another $250 CAD every month. I came in genuinely wanting to learn and believing I was joining a community that would give me the tools, structure, and guidance I needed to become successful.
That wasn’t my experience.
For about six months, I kept depositing money and never got to experience what it felt like to actually withdraw a profit. I was paying fees, putting more money into my account, and still felt like I was figuring everything out on my own. Looking back, it felt like the priority was collecting fees rather than actually giving me what I needed to succeed.
But I still saw the potential in trading, and I wasn’t ready to give up on it.
So I started putting in the work independently. I learned different strategies, spent countless hours watching the market, tested what I was learning, failed plenty of times, and slowly started understanding what actually worked for me.
Eventually, I realized I needed someone who thought differently than I did — someone more analytical, patient with the details, and willing to figure things out with me.
That’s when I called Mark.
We spent a lot of time trading manually and trying different approaches. Some worked, some didn’t, and there was a lot of trial and error along the way. Eventually, we realized that understanding how to trade and consistently executing what you know are two completely different things.
After spending so much time learning, testing strategies and trading manually, I started questioning whether there was a more efficient way to do it.
That’s what led us to automation.
Instead of relying entirely on manual execution, we started looking at how technology could take over more of the process. We began developing our own automated trading system, testing ideas and improving it as we went.
At the same time, the work I’d put into understanding trading started paying off. I qualified as a PrimeVerse signal provider and began sharing my trades with the community, where I was able to build a profitable track record. But what really changed things for me was seeing other people win from the trades I was sharing. There was something different about knowing that a trade wasn’t just benefiting me anymore — other people were seeing results from something I had worked hard to understand. That’s when I started seeing the bigger potential in building something around a community rather than just trading for myself.
That’s ultimately where Momentum Prime came from.
I knew what it felt like to join a trading community expecting support and then feel like I was left to figure everything out myself. I knew I didn’t want to build another version of that.
I wanted to create the community I wish I had when I started — one where I’m actually available, where people have access to real tools and resources, and where we genuinely support each other. I want us to celebrate the wins together, but also be the kind of community that builds each other back up when things don’t go our way.
Momentum Prime is my way of taking everything I learned the hard way and building something better with it.

Leadership
James Cabezas
Leadership and influence have always come naturally to James. He’s a natural salesman with an ability to connect with people, communicate an idea and get others excited about what’s possible.
As Founder and CEO, James is responsible for the overall direction of Momentum Prime. His focus spans business development, partnerships, community growth and identifying new opportunities for the company and its members.
His experience as a trader also shapes how he approaches the business. Momentum Prime was built around many of the things James felt were missing when he entered the industry himself: accessibility, real support, useful tools and leadership that’s actually present.
Mark Dela Concepcion
Mark is the analytical half of the partnership. An Economics graduate with a quant’s instinct for probability and game theory — the thinking he carried from FX research to game-theory-optimal poker — he’s the one who wants to know exactly how something works and make it better.
He works mostly behind the scenes. As COO, Mark builds and refines the automation, systems and operations that keep Momentum Prime running — the quiet, methodical engine behind what the community sees.
What we’ve built
Momentum Prime brings community, trading signals, copy trading and VIP account management together under one ecosystem.
Some traders want to stay involved and execute opportunities themselves. Others want technology to take on more of the work. Larger clients may want a more personalized level of service.
Momentum Prime was built to provide those different paths without forcing everyone into the same approach. As our members grow and their needs change, the ecosystem gives them the flexibility to choose the level of involvement that works for them.
Community
A place to learn, share wins and be built back up on the hard days.
Trading Signals

VIP Management

We don’t hide from technology. We build with it.
Technology is changing the way we work, communicate, build businesses and manage our everyday lives. We believe trading should continue evolving with it.
Momentum Prime is built around using technology where it makes sense: automating repetitive processes, creating more consistent execution and reducing the need to spend every day staring at a chart.
Technology doesn’t eliminate market risk, and automation doesn’t guarantee results. What it can do is give traders access to tools and capabilities that continue to evolve as technology improves.
We’re not interested in doing things the old way just because that’s how they’ve always been done. If technology can make something better, we want to learn how to leverage it.
Where we’re going
Our goal starts with the community: build a successful, thriving environment where people have the tools, technology and support to pursue what they came here to accomplish.
From there, our ambition is to continue growing Momentum Prime into one of the strongest trading communities within PrimeVerse while developing an automated trading system that continues to raise the standard within the ecosystem.
But we don’t expect Momentum Prime to look exactly the same years from now as it does today. Technology changes. Markets change. People’s lives and needs change. We want Momentum Prime to grow with them.
That means constantly learning, updating our technology, improving our systems, listening to our community and being willing to change when there’s a better way to do something.
We’re proud of what we’ve built, but we’re not interested in settling for mediocrity or assuming that what works today will always be good enough. Momentum Prime will continue to evolve because the people we’re building it for will too.
